Cranberry Sauce with Orange

Ingredients
150g sugar
225g fresh cranberries
125ml orange juice/water
Orange zest

* put the sugar and water/juice in a pan and heat gently until the sugar is dissolved
* add the cranberries and zest, and cook on a low heat until all the berries have burst and are softened
