Peach cobbler

Ingredients (serves 4)
75g self raising flour
100g caster sugar
120ml milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tin sliced peaches
50g blueberries (optional)

* grease a small oven dish and heat oven to 190C
* tip peaches and blueberries into the dish
* mix together the flour and sugar, then beat in the vanilla and milk
* pour the batter over the fruit and bake for 50 minutes
